Cumberland Community Singers

Directed by Kurt Ala-Kantti, CCS is a unauditioned choir that provides an opportunity for adults in Orleans (the east end of the City of Ottawa) and surrounding area, to sing a wide variety of choral music. Formed in 1992, CCS today is comprised of approximately 35 voices, and is proud of its volunteer spirit and activities.

The choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings, 7:30, at Resurrection Lutheran Church,1325 Gaultois Ave. ( Orleans Blvd. south of St. Joseph @ Notre Dame )

They present two concerts of their own each year, in December and May, usually at Orleans United Church, while also taking part in other community events.

CCS is a non-profit , community based choral group dedicated to helping others in Ottawa through music and song.
